February E+DAY

Happy Valentine’s Day/Encouragement Day! On the 14th of each month, I encourage you to encourage someone else going through a season of waiting or infertility by sending them a care package/note/text/call, etc.

One of the best things I have received, and continue to receive, is forms of encouragement from friends and family. It does not have to be anything big or expensive. Just a simple “I am thinking of you” can mean so much. I promise your act with lift up not only the person you are directing it to, but also yourself.

Today also happens to be Valentine’s Day and what better day to send a note to someone! Tell them how much you love them and why. Is it because they always have a smile on their face, make you laugh, are a good listener or make the best chocolate chip cookies? The key is to make it happen. If you feel that prompt, do not second-guess whether or not you should send something. Doing that usually hinders it from happening. Not sure where to start? More ideas are listed on the Helpfuls page.

Will you be that support for a loved one you know who is going through infertility or a season of waiting?
